Via Voidfaith Netzine comes word thAt Blackstrap's new album "Ghost Children" comes out October 15 from Sally Forth Records. Look for a video for the first single "In Colored Ways" out soon. The band also plans to do some shows in the Netherlands coming up in October/November, but nothing's been confirmed quite yet.

UK-based MAte Recordings will be putting out a half-Finnish/half-British electronic music comp called "Music is Better Volume One (Manchester vs Helsinki)" as tribute to the 'Music is Better' club in both Manchester and Helsinki. P3 Musikjournalen reports thAt Cajsa-Lisa Ejemyr has a new as-yet-untitled Enlgish language album coming out November 12. Members from The Ark and Atomic Swing are said to make guest appearances.

Soak the Sin has been added to the Access All Areas showcase in Stockholm on November 26-27. They also posted a couple pics from their recent acoustic gig At Radio Pinkerton over on their website.

Psychopunch reports thAt bassplayer MAts aka Mumbles has rejoined the band, thus also meaning thAt Jacke has moved on. They wish him well and best of luck in the future. In other news, the band's new split 10" with TV Men on Action Records is out and can be ordered from the label's website. Also keep an eye out for the snowboard movie "Daily Dose" which feAtures the song "Back in the days". The DVD version will feAture the video for the track as a bonus feAture.

The Concretes have finished putting together the video for the song "Warm Night" and will be premiering it At their show At Debaser in Stockholm on October 8. The clip was directed by illustrAtor Liselotte WAtkins, animAtor Måns Swanberg and drummer Lisa Milberg. Otherwise, the next chance you see them live in Sweden is November 15 At Tivoli in Helsingborg. Oh, and some of them will be DJing At Restaurant Riche in Stockholm on Thursday, October 2 too.

Norweigan hardcore band Amulet has gotten their new website off the ground, including a bunch of new downloads and stuff. The shows are probably all sold out, but they are coming over to the US to open for Turbonegro's West Coast dAtes in early October.

MTT Records will be doing a US version of the debut Je Ne Sais Quoi 7" on CD in the next coming months. They'll be switching out the track "Reeling" with "The Crowd", but the rest remains the same. People interested in getting their hands on the original wax version can still do so At Atalog.html" target=_blank>the label's website, but when thAt one's gone, it's gone for good.
