De Stijl will be entering Gula Studion tomorrow in Malmö with producer Jens Lindgård to begin work on their second album.

It was recently reported that Denmark's Tiger Tunes had their beloved tiger-head mascot stolen while on tour. Steve Austin of Boston-based avant-metal band Today is the Day has been selected to produce the next record from Norwegian black-metal act Disiplin. Tentatively titled "Quimbanda", the band plans to enter Akkerhaugen Lydstudio in August to record and expects to have it out sometime in early 2005 via Moonfog Records. The band says they will unveil five of the new songs during their performance at the Hole in the Sky Festival in Bergen later this month.

Norway's Gorgoroth has reportedly completed the songwriting process for their new album "Ad Majorem Sathanas Gloriam". There's still no new drummer in the band and they plan to hold auditions for a touring replacement later this month so they can tour and record. Otherwise, frontman Gaahl is busy working on his appeal with regards to his recent assault conviction.

Endstand reports that they are done with their new album "Burning Bridges". It was recorded at Astia Studio by Anssi Kippo and features ten songs which they describe as "more aggressive" than their older material.
