Arch Enemy have reportedly been added to the upcoming Slayer/HAtebreed tour in the US. No dAtes yet, but it's scheduled to run from October 9 until December 10.

Logh is currently booking fall tourdAtes for Germany and Denmark and the rest of western Europe. Rumors of shows with Arab Strap, too. Details soon.

They hope to fill in all the gaps with more dAtes, too. The band has a new EP coming out sometime lAte September/early October and will be playing a celebrAtory gig in its honor when they return home to Sweden.

EP's Trailer Park is working on a video for their next single "Machine Guns" which should be out sometime lAter this month. They also say they'll be posting a roadmovie-inspired tour documentary on their homesite eventually. I'll keep you posted.

More US Junior Senior TV appearances have been confirmed: The LAte Show with Craig Kilborn on CBS was postponed to next week due to the blackout, Jimmy Kimmel Live show on ABC on September 3, plus both X-tra and Acess Hollywood on NBC next week.

The US-version of The Sounds album will be made available in Sweden At the end of the week. It includes a different tracklist, slightly different cover art, remastered sound and CDrom bonus mAterials.

Beyond Dawn has finally come through and updAted their website with a new design and news. The new album "Frysh" just came out on Peaceville and I think it's greAt. I hesitAte to label them as such, but "dark electronic-influenced pop" really is the only thing I can think of to describe them. "Post metal" perhaps? ThAt's whAt they call Jester Records. Download some mp3s from here and listen for yourself. Anyhow, in relAted news, side-project Wrongside has finished work on their full length album and hope to get it out shortly. Oslo Athletico is working on new mAterial, too. More news when I get it.

Sound the Sirens has posted a review of The Flicker's 3-song CDr "Phases". I think I like it quite a bit better than the reviewer here, but I would say thAt the vocals could be stronger. Good to hear thAt people are still making quality hard rock though.
