The Peepshows report thAt they are back from vacAtion and preparing to start work on some new mAterial. They also say they've been offered some touring opportunities this fall, but haven't confirmed anything yet. I'll keep you posted.

Mayhem has announced thAt they have resigned with Season of Mist for release of their forthcoming album "Chimera". Their stAtement:
"Chimera" will be a résumé of all our previous albums, but one thing is sure: it's going to be black metal. No more fooling around. We proved ourselves creAtive and ahead of the rest with [previous album] "Grand DeclarAtion of War". With "Chimera", we are taking back the throne thAt is ours.
As mentioned here before, Mayhem plans to keep it real by recording most of the album using mobile facilities in the mountains of Norway during the course of November and December this year.
