Millencolin frontman Nikola Sarcevic will get his debut solo album "Lock-Sport-Krock" released in the US on july 13 via Epitaph Records.

Swedish power-pop act The Higher Elevations have confirmed that German-based label Little Teddy will release their new single "There is a Town" at the end of july. There's also a full-length in the works, due for release sometime around October. A ten-date tour will happen over there in November and I should have dates to post soon.

Sympathy For The Record Industry will reissue the long out of print Turbonegro "(He's A) Grunge Whore" 10" on july 13. It originally came out under the name "Stierkampf" in 1993 and features a cover of Black Flag's "Six Pack" featuring Eugene Chadbourne.

Finnish black/death metal act Shadow Cut has signed with Firebox Records. The band, which features drummer Repe F.W. Misanthrope of Impaled Nazarene and bassist Mitja Harvilahti from Moonsorrow will enter the studio later this year with producer Trollhorn (Finntroll) and the debut album should be out early next year.
