New stuff from Swedish techno artist Özgür Can featuring guest vocals from the one-and-only Rasmus Kellerman (Tiger Lou). Look for Özgür's new album "Put me in a box and label me" to be released on September 28; as for Rasmus' new so-far-anonymous project, expect to finally hear songs very, very soon.

New melancholic navel-gazing out of Göteborg. I'm not big on crowd-sourcing, especially when it comes to bands looking to fund their vanity projects, but you can pitch in to help him put out his EP right here.
Pitchfork is not too terribly impressed with The Raveonettes latest record "Observator": http://pitchfork.com/reviews/albums/17027-observator/
Speaking of new bands with Kristofer Åström, he's also got another new project called Fuck Tornadoes that's a bit more rock'n'roll like the name implies. Hear a 2nd tune here.
"Ticket machine" is the official debut single from Norwegian indiepoppers Making Marks (ex-mylittlepony).
Check out a new live session with the excellent Min Stora Sorg (and family!) at PSL: http://blogg.svt.se/psl/2012/09/10/musik-med-min-stora-sorg-2/
I don't have the time to listen to all of this stuff myself to filter out the good from the bad, aside from those Desperat tracks which I already posted, so head over to Mosher to check out a round-up of new Swedish punk/hardcore tunes: http://www.mosher.se/musik/nytt-fran-desperat-diskonto-vicious-irene-och-mycket-mer/
"I Limbo" is an old Kråkesølv song from the band's very first demo in 2008, now reconfigured and rerecorded for the band's upcoming album "Alle gode ting". I really dig the heavier sound they have going on this new recording and am eagerly awaiting the full record.
The new Kitty Wu album "Carrier pigeons" is out today, as is the final episode of their video diary documenting the process behind it.
Swedish folk + dancehall, aka "dancehall"? I'm not so sure I'd say this is good, but I suppose it's worth checking out.
