Soft progressive rock from Norway with an album of epic 4xLP proportions coming this winter via . Can't say that it sounds like a good idea to me, but kudos to them for having the chutzpah to go with it.

Can't say that I understand exactly how this qualifies as punk, but then again, people seem to give Kvelertak a pass as hardcore band; anyhow, I digress! Blomst is a new signing to the label and this song comes off their debut EP "Hold kjeft og smil", due out April 20. Genre quibbles aside, it's worth a listen.
Doffs Poi - Anyhow
Far too uncomfortably close to thrash-funk for my personal tastes, but here you go anyway. Doffs Poi is the latest signing to Norwegian label and "Anyhow" is their debut single.
Kari Harneshaug joins the Dayladore Collective
Norwegian artist Kari Harneshaug has joined the and will be releasing her debut album "Early morning memories" on March 2. Lead single "Don't walk upon my ground" is out now and should appeal to anyone into PJ Harvey and the like.
Synne Sanden - When nobody's around (video)
With a fragile voice reminiscent of many other Scandinavian sirens (take your pick), but a delicate sound far more organic and reserved than most, this is Norwegian artist Synne Sanden and her single "When nobody's around". Her album of the same name is out now via and was produced by Bugge Wesseltoft and features guest appearances from an interesting cast of countrymates, including Mathias Eick, Mathias Stubø and Moddi. Recommended!
