MTVE.com has posted a bunch of video footage from Roskilde, including songs from Turbonegro, The Cardigans, Mew, Cato Salsa Experience, The Raveonettes and more.

Apparently Turbonegro got stopped at Stuttgart airport for having a knife in their luggage the other day. They were on their way back from a show in the German city last Monday when security officials spotted the 18" blade. "The band tried to explain that it was a stage-prop used by Hank," a spokesperson told NME, "It was held inside a cane and the cane was inside a guitar case. But they were having no of it. When the police asked who it belonged to, the band said it was all of them." Eventually it was worked out so roadie Trond took the blame and ending up being taken into custody and charged a fine before getting released. "What's the world coming to when men in long black hair and long black beards can't bring an 18 inch dagger onto planes anymore?" commented Happy Tom.

I glanced at a couple items about this yesterday, but was unable to adequately translate it myself. Seems that Illvastar, the ex-bassist for Norweigan black metallers Svartahrid decapitated a dead body and brought the head to a party. As to be expected, accusations of rampant drug-use and Satanism are being thrown around and there have been three suspects brought in on the case. Remember dudes, disembodied heads kill the party vibe and don't help you score with chicks. Read more:
