will be releasing the debut solo EP "En timme kvar" from Albin aka Albin Johansson, a multi-instrumentalist who has backed a multitude of artists such as Solander, Big Fox and Edda Magnason in addition to performing with his own band Madmans Moustache. Said record will be purely instrumental, minimalist and organ-based, with elements of Swedish progg, Krautrock and jazz. No release date yet, just "soon".

has announced the signing of Mire Kay, the new duo formed from Emelie Molin and Victoria Skoglund of Audrey. Look for them to record their debut EP later this month with a release planned for March/April. Also in the works from TVR is a new full-length from Solander -- keep an eye out for that one to surface somewhere in the neighborhood of April/May.
They'll be travelling with Dutch filmmaker Iris Piers, director of the band's "Narcissus" video, who will be presenting live visuals with the band on stage.

The title of the collection is "Between two waves", an allusion to the theme: every single track, every illustration is a collaboration between two artists. Scraps of Tape will be playing their final Swedish gig with member Mikael Persson on Friday, October 23 at Debaser Malmö. The show will also serve as the kickoff for their European tour with Solander which begins on Saturday.
