Nicolai Dunger live on the radio mp3s to your right.

Rumor has it that pysche-act Dungen will be contributing music to the upcoming Disney film "Eat Your Heart Outs", but Virgin is denying it for now. However, you can listen to samples of the band here.

Katatonia just finished laying down the guitars for their new record and have moved onto vocals, the final stage before mixdown. If they manage to improve over their last album, the stellar "Last Fair Deal Gone Down", I will be quite impressed.

The Cardigans just put up a new entry in their recording diary. Check it out.

Cult of Luna have added Andreas Johansson on as their new bass player. They are still in the process of mixing their new album for Earache and rehearsing for a couple upcoming gigs around Scandinavia and the UK.

Christian Kjellvander will playing on the Swedish/Danish TV program Stereo (se/dk) in Malmö tomorrow. Wanna go? Send an email to petter.hedelin@svt.se and tell him you want tickets.

Christian's also out on the road, just like fellow Startracks artists Leiah and Kristofer Åström (separate tours, not together). Dates are here. (Europe only)

The video for the Madrugada song "Black Mambo" (from the last album, "The Nightly Disease") is now available on their website. It's never been featured on any TV program before, so go check it out. (low-res version here)

Katatonia has finished laying down the bass and drums for the 15 songs to be featured on their upcoming album. Guitars are up next.

The server switch is done. New music to your right.

Katatonia just entered a studio outside of Stockholm to record their 6th album. 15 tracks to be done in 4 weeks. The band promises it to be their darkness, heaviest album yet.

TSOOL in Fortune Magazine, October 28, 2002:

The singer could be mistaken for a lumberjack, and the band specializes in the zonked anthems you haven't heard since you cruised around in a van painted with a purple sunset. The album first came out last year in TSOOL's homeland, Sweden. Is the U.S. ready? Hell, yeah-since 1976.
