Burst has cancelled their previously announced UK headlining tour and will instead be supporting fellow Swedes Opeth all over Europe. Look for new UK dates to be announced for February 2006. Otherwise, find the current dates here.

It comes out October 17 in the UK and October 24 throughout Europe via Relapse Records.

Netherlands-based label Garden of Exile Records has announced that it will be releasing a split 7" featuring Swedish metalcore act Burst and Germany's The Ocean with artwork from Seldon Hunt (Isis, Neurosis, Pelican). Burst contributes a slower, more experimental track entitled "Flight's end" and The Ocean's song will be called "Killing the flies" and will feature guest vocals from Tomas Hallbom of Breach (SWE) and Nate Newton from Converge. It comes out in mid-October.

Burst has completed work on their new album "Origo" and have confirmed that Relapse will release it on October 17 in the UK, October 24 in Europe and Japan and finally, in February 2006 in North America. Look for the band to tour the UK in October with Europe to follow in November. Dates so far:
