Danish singer/songwriter Tina Dickow (aka Tina Dico), best known so far for her work with Zero 7, is coming to the US to do some touring. She'll be playing on the radio show "Morning Becomes Eclectic" today and you can listen live at kcrw.com and will be performing again at the King King in LA this evening. Otherwise, she'll be supporting Teitur for the first half of October and then doing some opening slots with Nancy Sinatra immediately afterwards. Dates:

The Rasmus has announced they will release their first-ever DVD in late November. Björn Kleinhenz will be undertaking two new projects during the month of October. First up will be a cassette mini-album for a small German label called "Songs for a fake gay boyfriend". In Flames has cancelled their appearance at CBGBs in NYC on September 29 as vocalist Anders Fridén's girlfriend is pregnant and contractions started yesterday, weeks earlier than expected. I'm assuming then that he rushed back home and is now a happy father, so congrats!
