Black Lodge Records has signed Swedish death-thrashers Raise Hell. The band was previously signed with Nuclear Blast. They are currently working on their fourth album and promise a "thrash explosion" sometime early next year.

The (International) Noise Conspiracy will be releasing "A small demand" as their next single. The two previously unreleased tracks "A voice of our own" and "Free me" will be included as the b-sides. Both come from the "Armed love" sessions with producer Rick Rubin. Look for a limited edition picture disc 7" in the UK, too.

The "Reader's companion" CDs are here and the first batch of orders and promos have been shipped out. Nothing like spending a pleasant Tuesday evening stuffing envelopes, eh? Anyhow, expect arrival within a week or so. Also, if for any reason you think you should get a promo copy and are not on my list, let me know and I'll try to rectify the situation.

Ikaros, the band that rose from the ashes of Leiah with ex-members David and Gunnar, will release their debut EP "Speed on future" sometime early next year.
