The group's most recent album "True Nature Unfolds" will be getting a worldwide rerelease via Earache Records in Europe and Australia on March 28 and the US on April 3.

Swedish metalcore act Burst has confirmed that they will be entering Music-a-matic Studios in Göteborg in May/June to record their next album. A tentative release date has been set for September by Relapse Records. In other news, the band will once again support Dillinger Escape Plan, this time for a short Scandinavian tour. I knew they were going to pick on the lyrics, but what the heck is that dude talking about otherwise? I agree that the album seems kind of boring on initial listens, but after repeated plays it really starts to grow on you and reveal itself. Sure, it doesn't top "The raging sun", but it's still a fine album and a noble experiment in live recording.

Finland's excellent doom-metal act Shape of Despair will enter Sundicoop Studios in Savonlinna on March 29 to record an exclusive new track entitled "Sleeping murder" to be released on an upcoming budget-priced comp from Spikefarm/Spinefarm Records. Look for it this summer.

The track comes from the Norwegian punk band's most recent album "Pyromantikk", a recommended favorite of Fredrik from Randy who says it's "the best record i´ve heard since .... well I dont know." Definitely worth checking out.
