According to Supersilent's fansite, the Norwegian avant/freejazz group is now a trio as drummer Jarle Vespestad has left the band. A new album featuring the pared-down lineup has already been recorded.
That other Swedish indie-choir The Sweptaways will release their second album "The Sweptaways show" on April 15. I'm not sure what material they'll be covering or who will be making a guest appearance, but I'll keep you posted.

Mr. Björn Kleinhenz reports that the third part of his excellent Bone Trilogy is done and will soon be released, perhaps even through this here site in addition to a cassette tape issued by Froggi Records. Entitled "Frogbone salad", this collection of songs features Froggi labelhead Kid Ikarus and was recorded a year ago in March 2008. There will be a release party at Valentinstüberln in NeuKölln, Berlin on March 14 and naturally I encourage all who are able to attend.
