The Sounds confirm new album title

The Sounds' new album will be called "Crossing the rubicon". I have no idea when it will be out, but they say the first single "No one sleeps when I'm awake" will be on myspace next week.

New Pinto album in May

Swedish indie act Pinto will release their sophomore album "Short songs about longing are better than long songs about shortcomings" on May 5 via Krusty Stills.

Diskret Förlag to release 7" from Monument

How many bands are there called Monument? I'm not sure, but the Swedish new-wave/synth version of that band will be releasing a 7" on Diskret Förlag (Hanna Hirsch) called "Feel failure" in May.

Backyard Babies to release 'Degenerated' on 7"
