Fullsteam Records has announced the signing of Helsinki-based act Cosmobile. Look for a new single from the band this summer with their sophomore album to follow in the fall; in the meantime, preview the band at myspace: https://www.myspace.com/cosmobile
Efterklang reports that their upcoming live CD/DVD (or LP/DVD) "Performing Parades", recorded with The Danish National Chamber Orchestra in Copenhagen last September, will be released on October 19. Besides the full 55-minute show, the DVD will also include a behind-the-scenes documentary and all of the videos made for the songs off the album "Parades". To celebrate the release, Efterklang will stage a special re-creation of the album at the Barbican Hall in London together with The Britten Sinfonia on October 28.

Swedish postrock act Immanu El report that they've started tracking the nine songs they plan to record for their next album "Moen" and also that the song "Agnes Day" will be released online sometime in July. More details to come...
BigBang will be filming their performance at the Norwegian Wood Festival in Oslo on June 13 for an eventual DVD release. Expect various guests to join the band on stage for the special event.

The former is the latest single from the popular Swedish artist and is described as a "lowbrow summer reggae tune." As for the second, it was produced by Christian Kjellvander and was written to accompany Jacob's photo exhibition "Choices" and his art-book "Stand Still - Drift Theories".
Norwegian artist Sissy Wish has officially signed with US label Afternoon Records who will be releasing her most recent album "Beauties never die" over here on September 22. Expect tourdates to be announced soon.
Swedish hardcore act Imperial Leather reports that they have completed work on their 3rd album "Unconditional conditions". Expect a September release.
