New EP's Trailer Park EP gets release date

EP's Trailer Park will finally release their long-awaited new EP "The black heart" on October 26 via Brus & Knaster. It will primarily be available only as a download, but the band says a limited physical edition will be available at shows and select record stores.

I too spent some time listening to it over the weekend and yes, it is in fact a rockabilly record. Sort of. Somewhere between the dad-rock of Nisse Hellberg (who I really do actually enjoy) and the greaser cool of Franke, but also something else entirely. Give me more time to digest.

New Tina Dickow album is also a soundtrack

Tina Dickow's forthcoming album "The road to Gävle", due out November 30, is also the soundtrack to the upcoming Danish film "Oldboys". Said film was written and directed by Nikolaj Steen and is due to hit theaters during the holiday season.
