Enslaved is rumored to be planning a US tour for the east coast and midwest during the dates of July 26 through August 3 along with Usurper, Epoch of Unlight and Enforsaken. Exact dates are due to be confirmed soon.

Kovenant has started work on their new album which they say will be "more guitar-oriented and darker" than "S.E.T.I.", which came out in March. They expect to have it out sometime in early 2004.

Burst has confirmed their recent signing with Relapse Records and now give September as the European/American release date for the album "Prey on Life". Japan will follow soon after. Their statement:

"Relapse Records is, in our eyes, a label that as well as having an interesting roster has a very real and passionate take on music. We regard this label as one very suitable for our band, not only on a personal level, but also in visions regarding artistry and aesthetics. These fucking guys have a good taste in music and are very grounded as people and partners."

The album was recorded at Studio Oracle by Fredrik Reinedahl and features artwork by Isis frontman/Hydrahead Records founder Aaron Turner. A video will be made (song tbd) and touring will follow, probably beginning in Europe this fall. Stay tuned.

Turbonegro has added another show to their US tour on September 17 at the Middle East in Cambridge, MA.
