Starting with a sax squeal like a boiling kettle, this is the sound of keeping on keeping on, as performed by Kitchie Kitchie Ki Me O. That's what you do when your entire life has been devoted to rock'n'roll, as is most certainly the case for these dudes. They can kick up quite a racket too, especially on tunes like "Hey honey". Definitely not bowing out quietly, that's for sure.

The new Moloken album "Rural" is mixed and ready to be mastered, but it will not be out this month like previously announced. Instead, the release is being pushed back to November while artist/animator Kenny Lindström (Bring Me the Horizon, Totalt Jävla Mörker, Logh, Norma Jean, etc.) finishes up hand-drawing the artwork and the band works on a new video Standard Film Team. More details (and hopefully samples) when I get 'em...

Today's lead story: Gaffa publishes a review of Swedish rockers Takidaso heinous, the dudes take the time to complain to Aftonbladet about it. The gist for non-Swedish speakers: Gaffa said Takida vocalist Robert Pettersson sounds like he has Downs Syndrome which, as we all know, is a terrible insult to anyone afflicted with that condition. No one wants to be accused of sounding like Robert, especially not the handicapped.
