Karisma Records has signed Norwegian electronica act Kaptein Kaliber and will be releasing their new album "Hjelp" in November. For those unaware (like me), Kaptein Kaliber features John Hegre (Jazkammer) and Jørgen Træen aka Sir Duperman (Duper Studio, Toy, etc).
