Swedish all-star pop group The Gmeyner play their first official show ever at Trädgården in Stockholm on July 7. The first 100 people at the door receive a free copy of the band's first single "My Angel".

Finnish 8-bit rockers Desert Planet have a new track called "Gangster Puzzle" up at Micromusic.net. The song comes from the new album "Turbo Tellytunes" that comes out in August. And is of course, totally amazing from what I've heard so far.

Denmark's Mercenary has signed with Century Media. Their album "11 Dreams" will be released in Europe on August 23. No US date has been announced yet.

Swedish singer/songwriter Tobias Fröberg will be touring Sweden and Denmark in September along with Teitur. His new album "For Elisabeth Wherever She Is" should be out around the same time as well.
