The Knife will be releasing a video collection on DVD entitled "When I found the Knife by Frau Rabid" on July 4. The tracklist is fairly similar to the bonus DVD that comes with the UK edition of "Deep cuts", except that it will include a bonus CD with new mixes of some of the band's favorite tracks. Action Biker's new album will be released via UK-based label W.I.A.I.W.Y.A. instead of the previously announced (and now defunct?) Planekonomi. Look for it sometime this coming fall. In other news, AB will have an exclusive track on an upcoming Swedish music 12" to be released on Japan's Rallye Records and will also be lending the old song "The perfect job" to an upcoming 4-way-split 12" on the US label Kittridge.
The latest 22-Pistepirkko album "Drops and kicks" will be released in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Holland and Belgium on May 30 via Bone Voyage Recording Company. It will also come out in France at the end of August via Vicious Circle/Discograph distribution.
