David Birde and Jens Jansson of Brainpool have a new project called Mom & Dad. The instrumentation will be only drums, guitar and harmonica and Florian Horwath will guest on some of the songs. As for Brainpool, the band is still active and actually has plans to record new material tomorrow.

Burning Heart reports that Raised Fist will soon be entering Dugout Studios with producer Daniel Bergstrand (In Flames, Meshuggah etc) later this month to work on a new record. Expect a spring 2006 release.
