Zweizz recently travelled to Russia and spent a couple days playing around with the one-of-a-kind ANS synthesizer, an instrument perhaps best known from Coil's "CoilANS" album. Zweizz's recordings from day one got junked, but the rest will be "slightly layered & moderated" for a cassette release via Epicene.

Danish hardcore act Lack began recording their third album this week with engineer Per Knold, the gentleman responsible for recording most every Play/Rec artist nowadays and also the drummer in Menfolk. Kenneth Andersen, the live sound engineer for fellow Danes Figurines and I Am Bones and guitarist for Beta Satan, will mix.

We Are Soldiers We Have Guns will record their new full-length album at Studio Folkhemmet with Uffe from Samuraj Cities manning the board.
