The Bell's debut album "Make some quiet" (as posted about numerous times), will finally get its proper US release on February 12 via Badman Recording Co.
Hanne Hukkelberg's sophomore album "Rykestrasse 68" will receive a North American release on March 4 via Nettwerk. Look for US tourdates to be announced for March along with a SXSW showcase.
Not terribly surprising: "Young folks" is the iTunes song of the year.

Licking Fingers has confirmed that El Perro Del Mar's forthcoming album "From the valley to the stars" is set to be released on February 27. The first single "How did we forget?" will be released on 7"/digital download on February 13.
Peter Morén (Peter Bjorn and John) reports that he's wrapped up mixing on his forthcoming solo album, so expect an early 2008 release I guess. Otherwise, look for him to make a solo appearance at The Hotel Café in LA in January.
