The new single "Faustine" from Swedish jazz artist Oskar Schönning, the first taste of his new live studio album "Peurto", will be released as a digital download on October 10. The album itself will follow on October 17 with a release party at the same place it was recorded, Teaterstudio Lederman in Stockholm, and it will include a showing of a documentary on the recording as well as DJ,s special guests and more. Lucky for me, I've already had a chance to preview the single and the film and can assure you that it is excellent and will definitely be spinning said single on my radio show in the near future.
