I am shocked that the US loves Dungen so much. Firstly, the album "Stadsvandringar", originally released on Dolores in 2002, will be given a US reissue on October 4 via Astralwerks. I guess the two labels must like each other after working together on Caesars/Caesars Palace. Oh, and Pitchfork has a new live review posted as well: media.com/features/live/d/dungen-05/" target=_blank>https://www.pitchforkmedia.com/features/live/d/dungen-05/

A-ha is also involved in a bit of a brouhaha over the video for the new single "Celice" due to "explicit sexual content". The clip was directed by Jörn Heitmann who is best known for his work with Germany's Rammstein. Norwegian hardcore act Jeroan Drive has signed with Earache subsidiary Codebreaker Records. The band entered the studio at the end of August with engineer Jostein Steinsland Hauge (Ephemera, Kaizers Orchestra) to record their debut full-length album for what I would imagine to be an early 2006 release.
Denmark's Brimstone Butterfly has signed an international deal with US label Silverline Records. Their album "Normality killed the cat" will be released in the US on October 4, October 18 for Canada and England and Germany on October 24.

Check out the video for "I fell into a hole" from Norway's my midnight Creeps: mymidnightcreeps.com/media/mmC-FDAH_accurate60.mov" target=_blank>https://www.mymidnightcreeps.com/media/mmC-FDAH_accurate60.mov
The band features guitarists Alex Kloster-Jensen from the Ricochets and Robert Burås of madrugada and have a dirty rock sound kinda like mC5 or The Sonics. (m/2005/09/my-midnight-creeps.html" target=_blank>via)
