David & the Citizens, marit Bergman and Johnossi have all been confirmed for this year's Export music Sweden showcase at SXSW.

Norwegian noiserockers Årabrot will be teaming up with electronic noise artist Ryfylke on a new EP to be entitled "Absolutenegativism". No word on a release date, but that's sounds like a great collaboration to me.

Jørn Åleskjær of Norwegian act The Loch Ness mouse is collaborating with Brooklyn-based band The Ladybug Transistor, to be released later this year via merge Records. This isn't the first time the two have worked together either - Ladybug Transistor frontman Gary Olson played trumpet live with the band at Øyafestivalen and on their album "11-22".

Danish singer/songwriter Tina Dico will be touring the UK in April and will be bringing along an exclusive, limited edition EP to sell along the way. Dates:
