Norway's Aura Noir have have just signed a contract with new Peaceville/Snapper subsidiary Tyrant Syndicate. The label is run by Nocturno Culto of Darkthrone and AN's new album "Merciless" will be their first release. Look for it in August.

Blanka has finally confirmed that they will release their debut full-length on August 25 via Diapazam Records. The first single "Restless" ships out on july 25.

In October Västerås, Sweden will play host to the 2004 'New Perspectives' Festival which will feature all sorts of avant-rock, free-jazz and improvisation.
