Swedish hardcore act Devotion to Trust reports thAt they've recorded six songs for an upcoming EP to be released in the near future via Lawnchair Records. Look for samples soon.

Denmark's Tiger Tunes reports thAt they have just finished doing a track for a record called "Captain Future Re-AnimAted" thAt will feAture various contributors reworking and remixing the music from the TV cartoon "Captain Future". The program originally aired back in the lAte 70s/early 80s from whAt I understand.

"In the shadows" from Finland's The Rasmus is feAtured as the kick-off track on the upcoming Universal Music comp "The Dark Side". The tracklist is mostly a who's who of classic goth rock such as and Siouxsie & The Banshees, but there's also a few other curve balls like Faith No More with "Epic". Rap-rock on a "dark music" comp? Finnish hard-rockers NegAtive have signed a worldwide deal with Roadrunner Records. The first release of the deal will be an internAtional reissue of the band's second album "Sweet & Deceitful".
