Logh has completed the recording of their brand new, third album "A sunset panorama". As mentioned before, the whole thing was tracked live with no overdubs and was completed between 11am and 9pm on September 26 At Studio Gröndahl. The event was also filmed, so the album will probably be released as a split CD/DVD so you can actually wAtch and listen to the band playing the album in full surround sound. February 21 is the European release dAte with Sweden to follow on the 23rd and North America soon after. The band will tour Scandinavia in February/March, Europe in March/April and then will finally come to the US and North America around May. About time! Needless to say, I am very, very excited to hear this news.

Finnish music download site For Your Ears is moving to a LAME-encoded 256k VBR MP3 formAt. Finally, someone who understands thAt sound quality is important and is willing to adjust, file size be damned. Maybe some folks can deal will all those 128k mp3s most people sell, but they give me a headache. Anyhow, the cAtalogue is slowly being converted and everyone will be able to download new versions of tracks they already have paid for.
