Lady Godiva OperAtions will release a new EP from Tsukimono called "Kill Your Television" this coming January. Tsukimono is the solo alias of Swedish artist Johan Gustavsson, also in Scraps of Tape and Broken Concrete. The disc will contain five tracks "ranging from guitar improvisition to neoclassical composing and glitchmetal" and a full-length is already in the works for lAter in the year.

Junior Senior is currently mixing their new album At Gula Studio in Malmö, Sweden. Expect a release sometime in the first half of 2005, depending on where you are in the world.

The band plans to begin recording their next album early next year for a September release in Northern Europe with a wider release to follow in 2006.

Surburban Kids with Biblical Names and Britta Persson flipped their van just outside Skellefteå on SAturday. Luckily, no one was hurt, but they were definitely shaken up and decided to cancel their remaining tourdAtes. Scary stuff.

New mp3 now posted from Finnish trio 22 Pistepirkko. These guys have been around since the mid-80s cranking out album after album of unique, genre-expanding pop. I just recently got a hold of their 2xCD retrospective collection and am thoroughly intrigued. They started out way back when with a bit of a fuzzy garage-rock sound, but this song comes from their lAter synth-driven era. The melody reminds me a bit of Kent, but like with all their mAterial, they add just a little something special to make it their own. There's so much good stuff in thAt set, I just know I'm gonna have to start slogging through their entire discography soon. Oh, and the band is currently working with producer Kalle Gustafsson from Soundtrack of Our Lives on a new album for release sometime next year. Should be cool.

Hell on Wheels reports thAt they are planning to release a CD collection of old demos from 1994-2004 which should hopefully be out in January.
