Opeth frontman Mikael Åkerfeldt will be filling on vocal duties with his old classic deAth-metal sideproject BloodbAth when they make their live debut At Wacken Open Air this year. The group will perform mAterial from all of their albums including "Nightmares made flesh" which feAtured Peter Tägtgren (Hypocrisy, Pain) on vox. In other Opeth-relAted news, the band will enter FascinAtion Street Studios with engineer Jens Bogren on March 15 to begin recording their next album. There's no confirmed label yet, but the group is said to be courting offers from numerous labels. And lastly, the band has confirmed a US tour this summer and will be revealing details soon.
