NME reports that Røyksopp is doing a 12" single remix of "Clocks" by Coldplay that comes out on July 21. Those interested in getting a copy better be on top of things as there's only going to be 1,500 copies distributed worldwide, 850 in the UK, and 100 available from Coldplay's website.

"The Virtues are in for an hectic, extended weekend. We go to Dalarna tomorrow to rehearse some new tunes and to arrange the two Brad songs we're about to record [see 6/17]. Saturday we'll play two gigs, on sunday we go back to Stockholm for recording sessions (the Brad songs), monday we'll mix the tracks and on tuesday we will record a liveshow for American tv. Stay tuned for a full report someday next week."
After cancelling out on The Raveonettes/Vue tour and heading home sick, The Sounds are heading back to the US for a couple select appearances:

Thirdimension was recently commisioned by a friend to do some music for his short film "Episoder". Check out a sample of it right here. In other news, the band has been busy with their various side-projects and stuff, but did manage to duck into the 'Aerosol Grey Machine' to do a rerecording of the track "The Only Healer". They say it turned out great, but no word of if and when it'll see a release.
The video for "Light the Torch" from Soilwork has been posted online right here. The track comes from the band's latest album "Figure Number Five" which came out last May on Nuclear Blast.
The song "All Will Break" from Last Days of April will make an appearance on the home video edition of "Roswell". The sci-fi series used to air on the WB Network in the US.

Blabbermouth says that Entombed and King Diamond are possibly planning a US tour together starting sometime around October. I sure hope this is true, because that'd be an awesome show.
It's been awhile, but The Moonbabies just posted a recording diary update regarding progress on the new album "The Orange Billboard". 11 songs, 45 minutes and hopefully completely done in 2-3 more weeks. Can't wait to hear it.
