Notice how he doesn't even bother to bring up the Deportees?

I forgot to mention it earlier this week, but the latest Aquarius Records new release list features quite a few Scandinavian music selections such as Audiopain, Elope, Alog, Imperium, Ratto Ja Lehtisalo and Shining: https://www.aquariusrecords.org/cat/newest.html
It's worth noting that the Elope disc they rave about can be bought directly from me for a full $2 cheaper. How you like dem apples?

Dark Funeral has dropped off the upcoming "No Mercy Festivals" European tour citing "disagreements with the crew from the booking agency."

If Society has announced that they'll finally be releasing the last two Hero Dishonest albums ("Juggernaut" and "Let your poison scream") on vinyl, one on each side of a 12". Yes, they are both short enough to fit on one side apiece. It is hardcore, after all. Anyhow, it's gonna be packaged in a fancy gatefold with bronze print n all that and should be out this summer. More details when I get 'em.

Also from If Society comes word that they've signed Helsinki-based pop act Red Carpet. The band was formed by ex-Sister Flo member Petri "Snägäri" Nakari as a one-man lo-fi bedroom project and has now become what the label says is "Simon and Garfunkel to the 21st century and blows away 99.9% of your average pop-bands with some subdued heavy firepower and songs that'll save your life for sure." The first 7" "Blood, sweat & tears" b/w "Leave a light on" comes out on May 13 with a proper full-length to follow sometime around September.

Oh, and If Society has also posted an mp3 for the lead track from the new Viola album "Melancholydisco". Check it out here: https://www.ifsociety.com/files/Viola%20-%20Sad%20Eyed%20Disco%20Dancers.mp3

Since Björns Vänner is coming out with a new record, it's about time they played live again right? Here's the first two upcoming "reunion" shows:

04/20 - Smålands Nation, Lund
04/26 - Metro, Malmö (Adrian versus)

Be sure to check out the non-album track in the current mp3 playlist - it's their take on the Weezer classic "Across the sea", but with their own Swedish touch.

My interview with Moneybrother is now up: [click here]
Kelly will probably throw a hissy-fit because I edited out some stuff, but it's only because it wouldn't be amusing to anyone but us. Maybe if she participated more instead of texting her fake boyfriend I might've done different.

New mp3s coming soon - I'm just waiting on permission for a couple things. Oh, and click some ad links while you're waiting whydoncha?

Danish metalcore act The Psyke Project has posted three tracks from their upcoming album "Daikini" for download: https://www.thepsykeproject.dk/
As is the standard prose of the genre, the band promises the new material is darker and more brutal than anything they've ever done before. I don't know why they posted them as zip files, since audio files barely compress at all, but whatever. And again, don't be retarded - tag your mp3s people. It's not that hard.

Denmark's Saybia will be heading over to the Far East for a few dates at the end of April. So far all that's confirmed is a date in Tokyo at Unit on the 23rd, but more should be revealed soon.

Swedish retro-rockers De Stijl finally have a new website online: https://www.destijl.nu/
The band's new album "Details" comes out March 30 and you can check out the first single "Queen Midas" in both the video and music section.
