I only discovered it by chance last night when I was trying to buy tickets to the Seattle show, but the upcoming Garmarna/Hurdy Gurdy US tour has been cancelled due to illness. North Side is still trying to get the groups over for this year's Nordic Roots Festival, but the outcome is uncertain.

Swedish indietronica act My Enemy will be doing a CDR ep on Yellow Mica Recordings entitled "Roo", due out at the end of September. At around the same time, their main label Vapen & Godis will release a new CD-single with remixes from Johan Fotmeijer and Tommy Eld as well as a cover of "Cambodia" by Kim Wilde.
In other Vapen & Godis news, the label will be putting out Tommy Eld's debut EP later this fall along with a new 7" split featuring Cyndee Lee Hulko and Don Agbai.
