Hey! If you found your way here from Penny Arcade today, feel free to stick around and check out my site, but I'm thinking that chances are high Chris Avellone meant to point you towards here. This site has nothing to do with Star Wars, only Scandinavian music. Bummer, right? Anyhow, like I said, enjoy your stay, but please don't ask me any Admiral Ackbar questions.

I wasn't too impressed with his last record, but I immediately felt that this new one is stronger from my first cursory listens.

Sublime Exile has announced the signing of Icelandic instrumental trio Pondus. The label describes the band as "an absolute smooth and chanting pop mixture with elements of dub and jazz reminding of Thievery Corporation, Locust, Massive Attack, Mike Oldfield and Morricone." Their album was recorded with Björk collaborator Valgeir Sigurdsson in Reykjavik and is set for a tentative August release.
In other Sublime Exile news, the label will be releasing a new 7" from Danish act The Beatitude for the single "La direction de la révolution" b/w "Age is strange". Otherwise, the band's debut EP "...and a bag of cacophony" is out on August 14 and you can preview tracks at myspace: https://www.myspace.com/the5bees
