Nephew's third album "InterKom Kom Ind" will be released on October 6. The first single "Igen & igen &" will be released to radio on September 4 and available for paid download on the 11th.
With all the attention Mew has been getting recently, it's no surprise that the band's 1997 debut "A triumph of man" will be getting the reissue treatment. It comes out on September 18 and will include a bonus disc of demos and acoustic tracks. I haven't heard it myself, but would recommend anyone who is enjoying "And the glass handed kites" to pick up "Frengers", the album considered by many (including myself) to be their best work.
Denmark's Moi Caprice are currently working on recording thirteen songs for their third album and expect to have it out on November 13 via Glorious Records. Jeff Knowler (Paul Weller, Blur, Super Furry Animals) is producing and Gareth Jones (Erasure, Depeche Mode, Nick Cave) will mix.
The new Boy Omega single "Explode" is now available for free download from Stereo Test Kit along with two previously unreleased b-sides: https://www.stereotestkit.com/
Look for the band to play the End of the Road Festival in the UK on September 16.
In other Stereo Test Kit news, Audrey and Musika 77 will tour the UK from October 27 through November 5. Details soon. Also on the way from the label is a new We Are Soldiers We Have Guns EP entitled "To meet is murder". Look for it around mid-October.
