Not music related, but very important to the arts: legendary cinematographer Sven Nykvist has passed away at the age of 83. Considered by many to be one of the all-time greats in his field, Nykvist is probably best known for his tremendous body of work with director Ingmar Bergman. RIP - he will be missed.
