Danish act Carpark North is done with touring for the time being and has started to write songs for their next album.
Mute has announced that they will be reissuing the first two albums from The Knife in the US on October 31, just in time for their American live debut at CMJ. 2001's self-titled release will come with three bonus tracks from the "Hannah med H" soundtrack ("High school poem", "Hannah's conscious", and "Vegetarian restaurant") and 2003's excellent "Deep cuts" will be the CD/DVD package, similar to the second edition from 2004 'cept with two remix bonus tracks - Rex the Dog's acclaimed take on "Heartbeats" and Mylo's version of "You take my breath away". Oh, and the DVD now includes the videos "When I found the Knife, by Frau Rabid" and a second version of "You take my breath away".
I am now carrying music from Danish label Warfare Records in my webstore, begining with the very excellent Attrap: [click here]
CDs are due to arrive soon, but for now it's all about paid downloads. 256k VBR, no DRM - the way it should be.
