Norwegian sludge-rockers Årabrot will travel to Chicago this summer to record a new album with legendary audio engineer Steve Albini.

The track comes from the band's new album "Proposing a pact with Jesus", out now on Norway Rat Records. The record was produced by Billy Anderson and, as his involvement often implies, is some serious sludge-rocking stuff. I dig it.

Norway's Årabrot reports that they are now done with recording their debut album. The famed Billy Anderson (High on Fire, Mr. Bungle. etc.) engineered and Emil Nicholaisen helped out as well. It won't be out until sometime next year, but here's the tracklist:
