Confirmed for It's a Trap! Clubnight on May 16: Division of Laura Lee! As if Cut City and Dagensskiva's 10th birthday wasn't enough, now we have Gbg's finest taking on the headliner spot. Hell yeah!

Cut City/Dagensskiva bday confirmed for It's a Trap! Clubnight in May

Just confirmed for the It's a Trap! Clubnight on May 16 at Debaser Malmö: not only do we have the fantastic Cut City taking the stage, but we're also helping our friends at Dagensskiva celebrate 10 years in the internet business. Naturally, we all know who the better site is, but hey - competition makes the market stronger, right? Anyhow, many (if not all?) Dagensskiva writers will be in attendance and I hear that some of them might even be spinning tunes, so it's sure to be a good time. And we all know how writers like to drink...

The Fine Arts Showcase, Convoj to play IAT Clubnights

The next two It's a Trap! Clubnights are now confirmed! We'll be hosting The Fine Arts Showcase on March 21 for what might just be their record release party for "Dolophine smile". Who knows? The album is due out about that time (not in February as I mistakenly reported before) so it could happen! And then on April 18 we've got Convoj! Awesome! If you happen to find yourself in Malmö on those dates, you know where to be!

Custom RSS feeds now available

In case you haven't been following the thread on site updates/recommendations, I have now enabled custom RSS feeds for user watchlists. So go ahead: use the handy tooltip mouseovers to add your favorite bands/your bands/your label's bands to your watchlist (or browse the Resource Library) and then visit your watchlist page for your new feed URL. You can even narrow it down by tag, if that's how you want it. Of course I don't have every single Scandinavian act in my database yet, so feel free to leave a comment if I'm missing someone important and I will do my best to get them added.

It's a Trap! Clubnights are back!

It's a Trap! Clubnights are back! Coming to Debaser Malmö on January 31 will be rock'n'rollers The Scrags! It should be a good time, so be sure to stop on by if you're in the neighborhood. Otherwise, keep an eye on the sidebar for future shows to be announced shortly.

It's been 10 days, how we doing?

The new site has been live for 10 days now, so let's check in: what do you think? Any bugs that need fixing? Any new features you'd like to see? I've got some ideas, but I'm interested in getting some reader feedback first so I can better prioritize. Please post comments and let me know!

The label page is back

In case you haven't noticed, I managed to get the label page back up this past weekend.

OpenSearch function updated

Attention OpenSearch users! If you've added IAT to your in-browser search engines, please delete it and re-add it again. I've finally updated the character encoding so foreign (å, ä, ö, etc.) characters will come through correctly. As for everyone else, why aren't you using it? Simply click the glowing drop-down thingy in the top-right of your browser and follow the instructions. Or simply click here for the JavaScript equivalent of the same.

Are we there yet?

Hello everyone - welcome to the new (and improved) website! I'm pretty sure that everything is working properly, but feel free to leave me a comment in case you notice anything that appears off. Thanks!
